I was told they can't exchange my cigarettes which was the clerks mistake . The lady said for a reason its the law I can find no law stating retailer may not return unopened cigarettes .I even had the receipt. Now I will no longer shop at albertsons .

stay away do not shop there. The checker asked for my card i said i dont have one she responded with whats wrong with you don't you speak english. I composed myself and told her i speak english very qwell since i was born in the united states and had just flown in to visit. She gave me the discounts for the card but looked like she had been sucking on lemons. Was a total embarrasment i wonder if they treat all their customers like that.
