I have worked with many placement agencies over the years only to be disappointed. The day I found Action Employment was a lucky day for me. They are the only agency I deal with. They are personable & professional. They work tirelessly to find a perfect fit and if they can't find a perfect fit they will tell me instead of just sending someone to fill a chair. I trust them completely. Their level of honesty and integrity is off the charts. They are loyal to both the clients they send and the clients they support. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I'm pretty sure the prior review was written by an Action Employment recruiter so don't fall for it. I have yet to hear from these people, despite being told that if I see one of their positions available online I should contact my recruiter about it. How many times do I have to do that before I get a phonecall or email actually returned? This company is so unprofessional it's laughable. I won't bother contacting them again because it's pretty obvious that they aren't interested in placing me. My guess is they have a candidate quota to meet and place fake jobs online just like every other temp agency does. Don't waste your time.

Great people to work with. Very concerned with my interests and abilities. I will only consider Action in the future.
