Accent has been decent until recently. i am not sure if it a new employee or lower requirements for customer service, but there are some extremely rude and unpleasant women working there. I have been paying my account for five years and have fallen behind in the last two months. They do not believe in the recession. Apparently no one working for Accent has any past due bills, or under employed & unemployment worries.
