Well the "Queen of Darkness" strikes. This is a nick name that Brokers in the Portland area has given Alison. Alison took my 35 year old boat did a survey and nit picked it to death we lost the buyer because the boat is old and instead of pointing out some issues the buyer felt that they could not be safe on the boat that is could sink at anytime. Yes any boat could sink at anytime. I have had this boat in 4 to 5 foot water and would do it again. All system run and are in clean working order. Most Brokers will not use her both for buyers and sellers. Alison get paid but no one will make a sale. Just to be clear I have a old survey from Alison I reviewed the old to new and they don't match and I did nothing to what was on the old. Alison dial back the meter!
