FRAUD WARNING - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

This dealer sells used cars with major mechanical problems. When the buyer discovers the problem after the sale, the dealer is dismissive and will claim that it is 'not their problem' because the vehicle was sold 'as-is'. I discovered the problem within 1 day (cylinder head issue) which could not have been detected in a 15 minute test drive. The engine is essentially ruined on a vehicle which I purchased for 'excellent' KBB value with multiple guarantees from the dealer that the car was in 'perfect condition'. The 'actual' condition of their vehicles is NOT the 'as stated' condition. I have spent two months trying to get a refund of the price of the car, and have resorted to filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Oregon Department of Justice for Consumer Protection. If no there is not resolution soon, a lawsuit will be in the near future. Save yourself many months of frustration and DO NOT BUY FROM 82nd Auto Mall!
