Wow-talk about a great first i...

Wow-talk about a great first impression! Doug and Laney at 1st Call Plumbing are really nice people. I called to make an appt. for a leaky drain and got the exact day and time I needed. Doug showed up right on time and got straight to work. Staying over an hour and determining it wasn't a plumbing issue but a roof leak, he didn't even charge us a third of the quoted rate! They did NOT have to be so nice! We will keep their number in our book in case we need some plumbing help in the future! Thanks, 1st Call, for the fantastic customer service so many businesses are lacking!
