On Target Utility Services Construction Division provides services to the electric, telecommunications and cable television industries. As a primary contractor the division provides various design-build services. Founded in 1998, it also provides services as a subcontractor depending on the scope and nature of clients projects. It offers various outside and inside plant services associated with utility joint use, including distribution, transmission, line construction and maintenance. The division also offers underground utility site work; construction, maintenance, emergency restoration and service contracts; fiber-optic cable installation and repair; telephone cabling; field technician services; and underground residential distribution site preparation. On Target Utility Services Construction Division offers copper splicing services and provides splicing, terminating and fiber-optic testing.
