Worse doctor's office I've ever been to. What kind of Doctor doesn't fill out Family medical leave act (FMLA) paperwork? Know I have to scramble to get my PCP to sign off on my FMLA because this moron sat on the paperwork for 3 weeks never filing it out and FMLA is time sensitive. You have 30 days to get it turned in. This guy actually told me he has better things to do than fill out patient's paper work. The very paperwork that allows me to leave work to get my medical issue resolved. A medical issue he diagnosed! A issue that is going to require surgery and still doesn't have the time to fill paperwork! What a joke! I will not be returning to him for the surgery I will find my own ENT. If your doctor refers you here, do yourself a favor and find another ENT in your network.
