I paid a hundred dollars over a month ago and Fair Point has refused to come out and set up the services. They have moved my set up date numerous times and every time I call they have a different reason for why the service isn't working. I have children who need to access internet for school and I'm concerned about them falling behind. To top this off every time I call in I have to spend over an hour on the phone because they can't answer their phone in a timely manner. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Nobody, and I mean nobody in that company has any idea why my service isn't working. There is a service station 25 feet from my house and they can't send someone right across the street to fix this issue.
