I called to inquire on their prices and when speaking to a representative he refused to help me. He said he wouldn't give me a price because they aren't cheap and it would b a waste of time. He then went on saying that they're the best in town.

If their work on cars is as crappy as their basic communication skills I wouldn't go to them.
