Terrible service!! Went by to get a part, he said they had it but because he was so "busy" he couldn't get the part until the 8:30 the next morning. Called 7 times, the first 2 times "call back in 10 minutes," 3rd time, "we'll call you back in 10 minutes," and after 30 minutes of no call back I called back four times( once every 5 minutes) and all calls went unanswered. The part I need only takes three minutes to take off.

Terrible service. Needed a part that is extremely easy to take off the guy said he'd have it off by 8:30 the next day. Called at 10 didn't have it off. He stopped answering my call. If you need something go to Cemo's.

Ordered a part over a month ago and im still waiting on it. Never recieved a phone call or any type of notice. Horrible service. won't ever order from here again. called and cancelled and they refunded my money

I needed some parts so I went to Pete's found the parts but didn't think they had so many new cars for parts

Hoods is a full service Parts Resource, They have an excellent inventory system and are quick to hand out advice , ( REAL , They will cut you the straight poop) In other words , you pay someone now or you could go to Hood's and FIX YOUR CAR for a fraction or the SHOP PRICE with assistance.
