I dropped off a recumbent trike for some work. I told the owner that I wasn't in a hurry for the trike and didn't need it for two months when I wanted the trike for vacation. That was my first mistake. He said problem it would be about two weeks. Two weeks later I called to check in my trike and it wasn't ready, it was like this for the next month and a half. I called and told them I needed to pick it up on Friday When it came down to the last day before my vacation I went to get it and it STILL wasn't ready. It wasn't even touched. I waited around for hours and he did a rush job on it. While on vacation the chain kept coming off and now it will not change gears, so all the money I paid was for poor workmanship. I will be looking for another repair center.
Now if you want cheap bikes for your kids, this is the place, but not for repair of high dollar bike or trikes.

We have gone in several times for info, parts and repairs on bikes and skateboards. The owners Matt and Lisa are dedicated to service. If they don't have what we need they order it and have it in a few days. The price is never more than the estimate and often lower than we expected on parts and service. We love this family oriented business. You don't find them like this anymore.
