At our Porter, TX location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

o anyone who does read these. My name is brittany b been working at captain D for about 6 weeks. I understand we do have some problems but i work nights and I'm sure if you ever come in when I'm working you won't have problems I always make sure it's clean and walk around to make sure everyone food is good and make sure everything is good. I keep everything clean. My dinning hall does not stay dirty. When someone leaves out a set I go and clean the sit I make sure there is not trash everywhere and I make sure your drinks are filled so to everyone that reads these. Best times to go are on Mondays and Wednesday on all you can eat. And I alway work on weekend night. You will be happy with your serve. I'm sure of it.
