I agree terrible! From what I have heard going downhill fast. Used to have good mechanics and as a former mechanic there I left due to favoritism change in ownership and no year end bonuses and very long layoff in winter. Major changes will have to take place in order to keep the good mechanics again.

Service writer was rude (John Curry) and service provided was incompetent. After 3 weeks, one return trip, and $600, the problem was never fixed. Buyers beware, Boat City Marine provided the worst service experience I have had in a long time.

Took my boat to them and was told 7 to 10 days. On day 18 went up there to find out my boat wasn't fixed and was in worse condition than I brought it to them and they did work without my consent and had to pay regardless or they were going to keep my boat. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

Charged us $300 and then told us after the fact that they did NOT fix the problem... We feel robbed! We will not be back!
