I have been an Interior designer in NYC and on Long Island for the past 18 years, I would only use Jack and Fran to do my work. They are fair when it comes to pricing and their installations are perfect! The job is always completed in the time frame they say, and they leave the installation cleaner than they found it. Their team is always professional and pleasant . you would be foolish to use anyone else! Thomas

My wife and I met with Jack from Closettec several times. We needed custom cabinetry in our attic and a custom cabinet in our bathroom. Jack worked up some designs on these and several other projects in our home. The total price would have come to over $10,000. He drafted a proposal. I politely proposed a marginal counteroffer. His response was that he "doesn't do business" this way and I should go elsewhere. This was the first time in my 45 years of life anyone has turned me away or otherwise responded to me this offensively.



I did go elsewhere. Went to Jacob's Woodcraft in Port Washington. Great guy, fabulous woodworker. He and his partner, Pablo, did magnificent custom work. So good, we had him do 3 or 4 additional projects. Always showed up on time, and was always one step ahead of us. So glad Jack was as unprofessional as he was.
