I was very fortunate today when my water heater broke and flooded the garage. I called I Need a Plumber and spoke to a live person! My problem was fixed expertly by Martin who was not only polite but he took care to explain all of my options.

This week, "I need the Plumber" installed an outside faucet on the front of my house. All the work, including acquiring the needed permit, was done in a timely manner. Not only was I very pleased with the outcome of the job, but the city inspector was also impressed and commented on what a nice job the plumber had done. Martin was very professional, neat, and friendly. He even cleaned up all the debris on completion. His wife, Maritza, who works in the office, kept me informed throughout the whole process and returned my calls when I had questions. I highly recommend "I Need the Plumber".
