I called subzero at 8 pm and Jeff was working on my unit by 9! I was so pleased with his knowledge and promtness! Would recommend him to everyone!

Don't recommend using this company!!

- Scheduled the initial appointment and they called me that day and asked to reschedule.

- The next day the tech (who was at my house for a total of 10 minutes) said I had a freon leak but would need to come back another day to check for other leaks and reset my unit. He said I would be charged the $65 service fee for showing up that day and would be charged another $65 for coming out again. The tech called the owner (per my request) to clarify why I would be charged two service charges (since they weren't prepared to fix the problem on the same day).

-The owner was VERY unprofessional, using profanity and inappropriate language. He must not have realized the tech had him on speaker phone because he told him to "blow up my ac unit if he had the chance."

-Overall, the customer service was terrible. Charging to show up for a service that they are not able to complete.. And then charging again when they return is not acceptable!!

We had another terrific experience with this company. Jeff was very honest and let us know it was time to replace our 9 year old AC unit. He measured our space so he would recommend the best one, he and his team did an awesome job installing it in less than a day and it's been working great! It's much more efficient than our old AC and so much quieter. Best of all, Jeff scheduled every 6 month service so we could maximize the life of our new AC unit. Terrific company, very professional and friendly staff!

We had a terrific experience with this company - we highly recommend them for their honestry and professionalism. It was a real pleasure to deal with them and I feel like I can trust them - I never had any sense that they were cheating me or trying to upsell. Choose this company for your AC and Heating needs!!
