We purchased a house and they used this business so we kept him. Mistake.

Yard always has gouges in grass and he barely did any pool service.

Misses weeks and expects to be paid in advance. Calls for payment but won't call back when you complain about not working

Started off good, then slowly declined with each visit. Final straw, mowed in 10 minutes on wet grass leaving deep grooves all over my yard, didn't edge, didn't blow off clippings and didn't weedwack. I called 5 minutes after they left and he never had the decency to return my call or return to my house to complete what I paid for.

Bad choice.

I should have taken the previous customer review more serious. The guy or if you want to call it a company is the biggest joke in town. My pool could only be use two or maybe three days a week. My lawn was a complete embarrassment. I paid him for the month of july and never heard or seen him again. He's a crook. People beware of this guy or so call company. Please don't accept his cards at Leslie Pools off Port Saint Lucie Blvd.

Horrible service. Did not show up for 5 weeks at a time and even in the spring. Went 2 months in the winter and I paid for monthly service. Scalps part of my yard every time, doesn't edge the beds, and doesn't show up. Would never hire him or recommend him. Couldn't even do basic maintenance.

We fired Ken Lundgren after hi...

We fired Ken Lundgren after his first lawn and pool service. DO NOT USE HIM. He left huge tire gouge marks throughout our lawn and our neighbor's back yard (since he had to go through it to get to our back yard since you cannot fit a riding mower between our homes). He did not edge at all. Multiple aluminum fence spindles were bent by his mower. We have a small fenced in yard around our pool and these spindles (fresh with new scrape marks) were not bent before he came. Our pool still had debris floating throughout it. My wife called him to address these issues. All she wanted were these issues fixed and not happen the next time. He was so rude and condescending to her she handed the phone to me. I asked Ken Lundgren what was going on. (I had spoken with him previously when I hired him.) He rudely make up all sorts of excuses. (It was raining, and that's why according to him he had to tear up our lawn.) He denied bending any spindles, and pretty much accused me of lying. All we wanted were these issues fixed. Then, he abruptly hung up on me after about 15 seconds. He was very nice when I hired him over the phone, but this is the absolute worst anyone has ever treated me or my property. No effort at all to come by, take a look, and make it right. He talked down to us and constantly interrupted us with excuses instead of giving us a chance to explain our dissatisfaction. Not even an apology or an offer to come by and make it right or talk. (We've never met him in person.) His card says he's licensed and insured. Now I have to see if he stands behind his claim and his insurance fixes my damaged fence.
