Provided by YP.comFrom day one the hearing aides were not comfortable and did not improve my hearing as I expected and was advised they would. I was told I had 30days to return them if not satisfied but would be charged $200.00 if I did so. I returned them today after much thought and was charged $500.00. In very small print I was shown that they had the option to charge me another 5%. I feel they totally took advantage of a situation and basically ripped me off. I am on a fixed income and this has hurt me financially, my advise is do not deal with Beltone especially at this location the sales person here is not up front with what this could cost you if not satisfied with their product or service.
