Amazing marble and Granite just completed replacing my countertop and back splash. They truly are amazing. Tom Byrne was my salesman and he answered all the questions I had during the installation. The owner of the company even came out on Saturday to complete the final items. Friendly, professional expert service. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors. Thanks to all of you!!!

This is my experience with AM&G. I hired them to design and install a kitchen. This include tearing out the old one. Installing new cabinets and granite countertop plus I also paid an additional fee for plumbing work, to reconnect sink and disposal.



There were a number of problems using this company. The designer who worked for them and designed our kitchen was fired after he designed the kitchen and our cabinets were en route. Turns out he was fired for good reason since when the cabinets arrived they didn't fit. Measured wrong/ Tom another designer with the firm took over and just like the Calvary rode to the rescue and did a quick /fine redesign and several weeks later new cabinets arrived.



The cabinets were installed so poorly that, after very vocal disappointment on our part, the next day Tom had to come and have all the lower cabinets torn out and reinstalled under his direct supervision.



The plumbing that we paid $385 for was done by one of their do all tile guys. I mistakenly thought for almost $400 I was getting a plumber.



Finally after the cabinets were corrected they were/and remain so crooked that only through amazing effort can a stove be installed.



Finally the backsplash was installed by a dimwit who couldn't remove thin-set off the wall so the adjacent painted sheetrock was ruined several days later when another crew came to do the grout. The layout which was done for subway tile was also poorly laid out/when I wasn't there. The leading edge of tile against non corner edge was finished crooked and with small pieces.



The grouting of the tile and the granite fabrication/installation were top notch. As well as the work by Tom the new designer. Unfortunately the one thing I heard from all the other workers was “you won't notice it once it's done. This firm has a few craftsman working for them, unfortunately most are handy men pretending to be craftsman.

Can these reviews get any Older. Apparently not everyone thinks these people are great. They need to take a class in customer service. I can't believe how long it takes them to return a call . Done as promised within a week. I guess they don't call back til work is done. Excellent job.

The service is way above what you could ever expect and the prices are great. All the craftsmen are far better than any we've encounted.They can be proud of their work and their customer service. They can use us as a reference any time.
