OPEN NOW - Closes at 3:00am

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and apparently doesn't understand the meaning of "closes at 2am". I've worked in customer service for years and would never dream of behaving the way these employees have. When an order is placed at 12am for pick up, if YOU KNOW you will be out of food or closed for whatever reason you CALL the person who ordered to let them know. We showed up and waited for 10 minutes and then finally called the store to be told "Oh whoops, we close 20 minutes early once a week sorrryyyy". We cancelled the order. We decided to try again tonight... We even called ahead and asked "Hey if we place this order RIGHT now to come pick up at 1am, will you be open?" We were told "Yes of course, we're open til 2am tonight". We showed up and what do you know? They were closed, cancelled our order on us without any phone call, and refused to answer the phone when we called the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I really hope that your GM knows about the store being closed early, even when it shouldn't be, because if they don't they will soon. I've already been in contact with corporate.
