Only half my food was in my bag when I got home been calling for 2 days with fast busy sound now I'm writing the main head quarters management was nasty and mean to his employees

In there Saturday night @ 9:30 for a deal box. Got my food one minute later cold, fries soggy, so decided to take it home to heat up and WOW! Someone had taken a bite out of my hushpuppy. So easy to tell that a bite was taken. Last time I'll EVER go there. I will be complaining in the morning

Unfortunately Port Richey, Florida has more than it's share of dirty restaurants and this Long John's/ A&W is disgusting!

The worst customers service I have ever seen in a long john silvers cashier was so rude and nasty we left and went to McDonald if they care call 727 226 9077

Dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. No pride to keep the establishment clean and service is horrendous

This is a good location; food is fresh & hot and service is fast!

They really do have good food and it is very reasonably priced.
