Will does my hair and does a great job. Love the atmosphere. Every one is Great. Love this place

I honestly was rate this a negative star if possible. We have been loyal customers since we made the move here to Port Richey. Unfortunately we will not be returning. My husband recently got a hair cut and chose to not leave a tip. He didnt mark it out because he forgot. But a couple days after the original pending charges showed on our account it posted but 2 dollars was added. Now 2 dollars isnt an issue. Its that someone at the salon went in and changed the reciept and charged us without consent. The manager only said she was refund the 2 dollars and that there is no way to change the amount once it enters and it doesnt show a pending amount before the tip is added. I feel that the situation was handled very poorly and recommend not going to this Great Clips for a hair cut.

The stylists do a great job and since pretty much all they do is cuts - they're the best. They are currently helping straighten out a bad cut I got from another salon.
