I have an account with this bank for several months now and let's just say customer service is not their motto. I was misled and opened an account. The transactions take forever to clear, they will charge you for about everything they can. Even when you let them know of a huge mistake, they do not even say thank you. Staff is not overly nice or not at all. That is the bank in my town. They do not have any ATM's anywhere in my area (Pasco County). A lousy, pitiful bank. Save yourself grief and go elsewhere like Bank of America which I like. Any bank actually is better than this. It seems as if it is run by amateurs who have no customer service manners. Awful and pathetic. That is why I think they are so desperate to get people to open accounts. It must me because many leave as I will in the immediate future.
