I was a costumer which left me wondering how this business stays in business when the owner /manager is never there and the employee's know very little. In my dealings with the shop my first trip I was very dissatisfied with the job was told to bring back and 11 months later a employee took it upon himself to repaint the awful job that had been done. he did a great job to be fired after he had painted my vehicle and had to finish the job at his private home. then found out he did not get paid for the great job he had done. the owner should be embarrassed this kind of business is unacceptable.

I have been restoring my 1965 Mustang for the last 15 years. I finally finished it and needed a new paint job so I called on Integrity to do the job. They brought the car out and I was so excited! I will definitely go back with my 1968 California Special!!!!

Over the past 9 + years, Bob Appleton has repaired my wife's new Mustang, my Toyota pick up, my son's Honda and several other "friend's" cars that I sent his way. I HAVE "NEVER" HAD A SINGLE COMPLAINT FROM ANYONE! It sort of hurts and totally SUCKS that his "EX" has lied while planting bogus reviews about Bob and his work! Shame on you girl! Your KARMA will be yours, nobody else s but yours. You should re-write your reviews before they come back at you. Integrity Auto Body is a GREAT SHOP!

I had my car painted here and had a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The price wasn't bad and I would bring my car here again and I highly recommend them.

Don't let Sue Watson's lies fool you folks! She is just the bitter and evil witch that I had to have the port orchard sheriff remove from my property. If you want to see the actual film footage and the POLICE REPORT, just email me and I will forward it along. She is pure vicious evil. As the footage and police statements will prove. I gave her everything she has; but that and $22,000 to just GO AWAY has not been enough to stop her lies; So, I'm being FORCED to tell the rest of the story. Bob Appleton

The Green Goddess review was not written by me. It was written by shop owner Bob Appleton. Yes, he did paint my Lincoln and it was beautiful for about 3 weeks, then the paint started chipping and peeling and he refused to fix it even though they claim to guarantee their paint jobs. They also lost one of the hub covers and never replaced it. I would not recommend Integrity Auto Body to anyone. They do not stand behind their work and Bob gets very angry if you call him on a problem. I have never been taken to the cleaners by any other shop and he did not fix “3 dents not on my insurance estimate” because it wasn’t even an insurance job. Sorry, but Bob doesn’t know the meaning of integrity and I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to.

I to had a bad experience with Integrity Auto Body, I think Bob forgot the definition to the word INTEGRITY. I have letters from two body shops stating that the car needed to be repainted. Went to Maaco and had it painted right.

Never again! Wasn't worth the headache!! Stay away!

These guys know their stuff. As an elderly woman I've been taken to the cleaners by so many different shops in my life,but Integrity Auto Body are kind, considerate, and repaired my Lincoln back to NEW like condition, and even fixed 3 dents not on my insurance estimate. Thanks for being there!
