our dog was recently bitten by a raccoon and we had blood on the livingroom carpet that I couldn't get out we also have a long dirt road leading to our home so our carpets get dirty.I called and scheduled an appt for the following day.He showed up on time we walked through the house together while he asked me what concerns I had and where he should concentrate on.I liked the low key approach and they got all the blood out and made the stairs look great and I didn't think that was possible.We were very impressed with what they did.

I needed a carpet cleaner in an emergency <My husband spilled an entire can of paint on my bedroom floor>Shawn was able to get to my house in about 30 minutes clean up the paint and make it look like nothing had ever happened it really does not look like anything ever happened.Shawn is a very friendly guy who explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.Thank you again
