The original interactions with Cassandra the manager were okay. Communication was not regular or fulfilled when promised. I had to constantly follow up after our first interaction.

After our wedding reception we cleaned up, placed chairs and tables back in their homes, swept the floor, and returned the grange back to the condition in which we received it. When Cassandra did the walk through she developed an attitude with us for not taking the trash away (when there was trash in the receptacles upon the beginning of our rental). Aside from that she told us that the facility was not clean...we had to clean the facilities for our event because the facility was so grimy and unclean. Then we cleaned it back up to be presentable to the next person. We tried to civil conversation but were called several explitives after being told we would not be receiving our $150 cash cleaning deposit.

Absolutely asinine the treatment we received, DO NOT DO CASH TRANSACTIONS with these people if you choose to do any business with them at all.

It is incredibly unfortunate that one of the only large group gathering places in Port Orchard has a manager that is not only so unreasonable but also so disrespectful and rude.

We did not allow her rude and disrespectful unreasonable to ruin our wedding day but it also did not create a happy ending.
