We just moved from a home that was managed by Christine Dinardo. We couldn't have been more pleased with her services. Anytime I called with any kind of issue she was right on it! Even on a personal level she remembered to ask about my sister who was ill with cancer along with any other personal things I felt comfortable sharing with her. She was fair, attentive and a genuinely good person. The reason we had to move was due to some unforseen financial responsiblities made us need to move to a less expensive home. The final returned deposit was fair where some may nickle and dime you to death. Thank you for everything Chris, I hope our paths will cross again.

This company took over the lease for the owner of a rental home 9 months ago, and things have gone down hill since the day of the take over. Coming by the property un-announced without notice. Harassing phone calls, letters and phone calls. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL, rude & crass. Christine Dinardo goes out of her way to make threats, bullies & insults. I have been a home renter for 20 years & NEVER had an issue before this company!
