Becks service was extremely disappointing. The work they did with our plants was good, thus the 2 stars, but the sodding of our front lawn was not. The quality of the sod was not good, we now have St Augustine grass with a lot of Clover, thistles and various other weeds. They left many spaces between the sod pieces which I filled with left over sod because no one would come to look at the job. No instructions on how to care for the lawn at all. Thank goodness for the internet. We have called many times and gone to the offices twice to get Jason to come and look at the yard but no one ever show up. They will tell you anything to put you off. They have no respect for customer's concerns. If you use them get everything in writing with guaranties and then hold back enough until you are sure you have what you were expecting. Very poor customer service. I would never use them again.

We had a variety of grasses and many weeds before, now we have St Augustine grass with a lot of clover, thistles and various other weeds. No instructions on sod care (thank goodness for the internet). The supervisor of our job left to take care of another job. The sodding crew was also in a hurry because they said they had another job to do that day. They tore out a section that were not supposed to because no one was there to tell them otherwise. I didn't see it until it was too late. They left spaces between sod pieces which I had to fill in with left over sod because we could not get anyone to come and correct it. We called many times and went to their offices twice to get Jason to come and look it over, many promises no action. No respect for customer concerns. If you do use them, get everything in writing and hold back enough until you are sure you get what you were expecting. I would not use them again.
