Provided by SuperpagesUS Air Conditioning & Heating PJS NY installed new split system at my home in Port Jefsn Sta June 2009; nothing but problems. They installed damaged equipment and walked away never saying a word, left attic work space a mess, failed to install items as per contract, destroyed LIPA interface. Had to fight for months to correct problems. In the meanwhile I learned they substituted and installed off brand merchandise without our prior knowledge and consent. Had to resort to small claims suit, 6th District Patchogue 12/6/10, docket# BRSC 10 0000915. They were found guilty of breach of contract and ordered to make restitution within 30 days. Still waiting for them to obey court order some three months later. Dont let US Air Conmditioning & Heating Inc 600I Bicycle Path Port Jefferson Sta NY into your home or into your wallet. You WILL be sorry.
