Very disappointed. He showed up on time, seemingly knowledgeable and professional; he followed up with a proposal in a timely manner, however when we accepted his proposal he just never responded back, that's it... so why even bother with and waste my time with the estimate and proposal? It is rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate to assume your time is of more value than others... if you're not interested in a job for whatever reason that give that person the respect of honesty - geez what a fric'n concept!
