Driver parked across mine and my neighbors driveway, making it impossible to leave. Where ever had to deliver the car to wasn't anywhere near us. I sat waiting for 15 minutes went in and called the company. Her first response was "whipity-doo, he's delivering a customers car and will be back shortly to remove it" We argued and it went no where, they don't care that you need to be somewhere. Meanwhile my trash removal company skipped our 2 houses, I doubt they are going to make a return trip. If the Customer service is that poor and all they care about money, got to wonder how your vehicle will be treated.
