I made a trial appointment before my wedding with Haley, who was supposedly the best stylist. Before we met, she texted me to pay cash so she could get $ sooner. I told her I wanted natural light brown and reddish high/lowlights in my dark brown hair. I was nervous about bleach in my hair because it dyes really easily. She overbleached the front and sides to blonde. She hadn't even gone down to the root and had chunked it! I was very obviously upset so another lady came over, saying Haley was the best one there, but didn't help. Another lady (maybe the owner?) seemed like she was coaching Haley. Haley did fix the shade with toner, but no lowlights. She didn't attempt the Pinterest article (with step-by-step directions) I had of a style, and gave me a fat braid that I could do myself any day. We ran out of time to do nails. Then, 4 days later, the toner washed out and I had awful blonde stripes down my back for my wedding. :( If Haley is the best one there, avoid it at all costs!!!

This salon I found through the Redken website. I received A very good cut and color. Reasonably priced and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend !
