This shop is a USAA repair facility along with Audi Certification. USAA sent me there for Estimate and pictures of damage. Left my Audi like New condition!! Staff was incredibly helpful and got my Audi back to me fast. Will recommend to others.

I have used this shop for more then 10 yrs for my custom work, they never let me down Mike and Laura are great to work with and meet deadlines all the time as long as the parts are in stock at the local dealers or at the warehouse. There attention to detail and customer service is outstanding and are will to go the extra mile and work with everyone i send there.

Will never use this Body shop again. Took forever for repairs, this is more than 2 months now and my car is still in the garage, I'm surprised Greenwich Audi is sending all their body work to them after these terrible reviews.

USAA gave me this shop as one of there stars facility,it was a very good choice and my car was restored to pre accident condition in a timely fashion.

I had a terrible experience with Island Park Auto Body. I would NEVER use this shop again. They were deceitful about how long my repairs would take and extremely rude on the phone. Laura is directly responsible for my bad experience. There are many other shops in the area and I will chose another one in the future.
