I am sorry for your experience .. for what I know Fernando and Dennis the owner are very polite ! I heard that used to be a guy that used to work for the company and is no longer there .. ( Could be the one that messed up your house?) ! But my experience with this company was and is 100% They are honest, came to my house always taking off their shoes and wearing the protection for the shoes, which made me totally rest with their professionalism! I had an estimated and the previous company condemned my machine which wasn’t the case ! Fernando came in and told me that I didn’t need to change the 2 machines but just one ! Which saved me thousands of dollars! I highly recommend them ! They are in business for long time and has a lot customers bucz they are constantly busy !
