I called Patrick after calling Sears (the maker of my tiller) and being told that they would have to ship it out and that alone would be $100.00. Patrick's charges are right on his website, plus he makes sure you understand the fees before he even comes out. And the fees are VERY VERY reasonable. Patrick himself is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I recommend him unreservedly and will use him again when necessary.
