They don't do their job... Look elsewhere. Very lazy, dishonest, rude when there is a problem.

We hired Heritage Pools to do an initial inspection of the pool prior to purchasing. The pool was in 'ok'. We hired them to perform maintenance from the first week of owning the home. Unfortunately, they decided to not show up that first week causing our pool to go green.They blamed it on the sellers (although it was fine when they inspected it). OK, we paid for the cleaning and kept working with them.Over the next year and a half, the pump broke. An independednt inspector cited poor filter cleaning and increased pressure as the cause.We still kept them for service and asked them to be more careful. Rudely, they (Penny especially) blamed it on an old pump (~2 yrs old).Recently, we arrived at the house do find dirt and bugs floating in the pool. We asked them to drop by and clean it. They did (for about 2 minutes) and left with the walls still covered in algae and bugs still floating. They also did not show up this week for the weekly maint. Fired. Look elsewhere.

Great Company to Work with!

Penny and the Staff here are very knowledgable and great to work with. I would recommend them very highly. Great experience.
