Had Schwartz put on a new roof weeks before Hurricane Ian hit. Was back in Michigan and was unsure of condition. Left email asking to check and assess. Don jr called me. They had already been out to check before I even asked. I know this because he described in detail the damage to my house. Roof held up while many around me didn’t. He told me if there was any issues they’d be right out. I wouldn’t expect this type of service during normal times let alone after a major hurricane. They take care of their customers. I’m impressed!!!!

I HAVE TO COMMEND ON THIS COMPANY, FOR DOING A EXCELLENT JOB ON MY BRAND NEW ROOF. MR. SCHWARTZ STAFF DID MY ROOF IN TWO DAYS, LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD, THIS WAS IN FEBRUARY, 2010. AND WHEN IT RAINS HARD, I CAN RELAX WITH NO WORRIES OF LEAKS.

I have been looking for a roofer for close to a year now. When Schwartz came out to my house to do my estimate, I could tell there was something diffrent about him. He knew what he was talking about, and it showed. He was thinking about the future for my roof. He gave me a good price and has made everything work for my family! Other's in my family have used schwartz roofing and we have no complaints!
