I have always used you guys, because Emerald Roofing highly recommends you, and you're the only gutter guys they will use, that in itself is high praise. Now I can see why ER always calls you. Last summer I dumped a hairy job on you where I had my back patio covered with clear plastic years AFTER the gutters were installed. You said you didn't think you could fix the problem with the plastic lid in the way, and I know you were serious, because it was a near impossible job to deal with without taking my covered porch apart and starting over. But as it turned out, you sold yourself short, because you got it done and didn't have to tear anything apart. It's still holding up beautifully and I thought it was time I shared the fact that you are talented at pulling off the impossible.I have a little brown book with all the best contractors in town. Only one of each type of contractor makes it into my book of PA's finest builders and repair people. Needless to say you are my gutter guy, so I wanted to say thank you from myself and Emerald for all the years of great service.Teri
