Rh fitness/ Rodney what else do you need…Rodney is a proven trainer with all the awards and Acclaim to demonstrate he can get the results you are looking for, with RH fitness in my personal experience I have found Rodney to not only be a trainer, but a great motivator, he offers assistance with establishing a diet program for each client. I personal have worked out with Rodney for a year and my boyfriend has been with Rodney for 2 years. We are both are very satisfied with our experience with Rh fitness and Rodney as our personal trainer. If you are looking for results, someone to keep you on track with your fitness goal, and motivate you there is no other Gym but Rh fitness.

Closed almost made it 2 years.



Do not go there after dark. It is isolated and dark. The lights are turned off when the staff leaves. It is supposed to be 24 hours. Not a very safe place to be. As to the gym itself and the staff I never even made it that far. I would either workout early mornings while it was still dark or late at night. Either way I did not feel that this would be the safest enviorment for me so I did not even go inside. It did look really small though.

I used to be a member of 24 Hour and once I found out Rodney had left there I cancelled my membership with 24 Hr and immediately joined Rodney's gym because he is so concerned with keeping his members satisfied with the club. He's so friendly and personable and really makes every member feel like a very important asset to the club. RH Fitness is very nice, clean, has extremely friendly staff, and all the equipment I need to get a good workout. I'd highly recommend ANYONE to join this gym!
