Usually bed always ready & clean. Friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable while not being pushy.

When i was given a tour of the salon all of the beds that were shown to me were dirty. The staff did not know the beds and pricing very well at all. The powder room station was a mess. I was not impressed and will not be back.

Not a very friendly environment at all. Yes its very nice but its not a comfortable and relaxing place when you are constantly being asked to purchase something. The staff is also not very educated on what they have to offer.
