Mr. Allen did an outstanding job of installing the TV mount, mounting the 70" Sharp TV on the wall and running the cables through the wall to the components below. He was very professional and discussed and showed me that the TV was well secured to the wall mount. He also offered options for future components that would work well with my TV system. I plan to have Mr. Ray Allen return for some other work I will need done. I would highly recommend Allen Audio / Video for their services and product offerings.

I contacted Allen's to get a quote for a home audio system. After a really quick call, at 4pm on a Friday, they came out the same day! I don't know about anyone else, but at that time and on that day, I have never heard of anyone responding so quickly! Once, "Lamar," the technician came out, he asked some very specific questions, took a thorough look at the spaces including attic and crawl space, and returned in about 10 minutes with a solution and quote for that solution. He fully explained each components job and pricing as well as all concerns he had. I accepted his bid, and by Tuesday (4 days later) the job was complete. I am very pleased with the performance of the new system, and with the way that Lamar and Allen's handled this experience (complete professionalism. I will without pause refer them to my friends and colleagues! B.W.

We had a whole house sound system installed by Mr. Allen. This resulted in a tougher job than anyone anticipated. Mr. Allen worked meticously to insure the highest quality sound. Mr. Allen also, was very patient at explaining the operation of all devices. I would not want anyone else to come into my home to install any systems. We have faith, confidence, in Mr. Allen's work, and the knowledge that the job will be done competently and completely. He also cleans up after his work! :) How many installers do that? Sandra C.
