I went to this business for a simple oil change. I was told I needed the oil, power steering fluid and transmission work for $350. Then was told he could do two things for $250. He then said he'd do the oil change after he cleaned it for $50. After working on a couple of other cars, he went to the rear of my car and I asked about the $50. He said he had just flushed out my transmission fluid when I agreed to $250. I never agreed to that. He left to work on somebody else's car and then said something to another worker. That worker approached me saying he would charge me $200 for the oil change and transmission fluid. I told him I only had $100 which he said he would accept and I could return up until next week to pay the rest.

My receipt listed a $30.99 "Misc Sale" among a $30 engine flush and lubricant $30.99. I agreed to have service done for $50 not $200. My wishes were totally disregarded, so this is a warning to others. This business will scam you!

All of our fleet vehicles get serviced through Walton Quality Touch. The staff is very helpful and even give my old man a discount every time he goes ! We've been dealing with Walton Quality touch for 2 years with no problems ! Great people for great prices!

This place is TERRIBLE!! Not only do they have a sign out front to leer you in, that says $16.99 oil change, its a lie. I asked for the special, they did the oil change and then charged me $42.00!! They claimed they put "more expensive" oil in my car. Well first off, if I asked for the special price, why would you scam me like that?! Awful. Just awful. The men are rude, and considering I was thd only customer in the dang place you would figure they would at least be courteous. Not to mention, thats ALL they did. Didnt check anything under my hood, no refill on fluids, not even some air in my tires. This place is pathetic and if I could rate them negative, I would. Don't ever go here. Its like burning your money with a lighter. AWFUL!!!
