I was sent to Dr. Mckany's office after finding a lump in my arm. My first visit I sat in the waiting room for 4 HOURS!! After surgery I was told by the Dr and his nurse they would call me in 5 days with my results. Five days passed and nothing. Called the office in which the secertary stated the doctor will not give me results over the phone and needed to make an appointment which I asked if the doctor would be running on time because with two jobs its hard to schedule a 4 hour office visit. She offered me one spot and said "take it or leave it" (very professional). Then I inquired "so if a patient has cancer and never calls for a followup does the patient ever find out there is a problem?" which she replied "we would eventually get a hold of them" - very reassuring.



This office just wants the money from surgery and your copays. No compassion and very unprofessional!
