This people nice but they don't know what they doing. I took both cars over there mine and my wives. My car they change radiator fluid, I have to redo it at different please. Because it's still dirty.

On my wife's car they change Transmission seal on the gasket. Oil still liking. I took the car there 5 times they change seal again and it's still liking? Never Aver Again I will take my cars there!

I would like the H & K Quick Oil Change to have formal complaints filed against them or have charges filed. They charged me $525 dollars for a bad battery and an alternator that was never put in my car. They also lied about having issues jump starting my car. I called a tow truck company that easily jump started my car and told me that my battery was a $25 bad battery. They also showed me that alternator had never been replaced. The original mechanic, Dale, gave me warranties that the towing company said was never legitimate. I have tried contacting Dale and the company, but no one will answer the phone. They took advantage of a poor college girl and continued to do so until I came across a new towing company that showed me the truth about my car. One more thing, the company actual name is H & K Quick Oil Change, but their receipt said Discount Lube and it was hard to track down.

I have been going to this particular oil change place of and on for two years. i have always been under the impression that you should get your car serviced consistentley from the same place. I had wonderful service previous times,until today when i called to see if they were open on a Sunday. The person answering the phone was rude, and said "Hello", then said "What". I was completelty turned off from the unprofessionalism. In the past they would elude to doing things like topping off fluids, and when the fluid levels were checked days after they were signifacntalty lower. I let that slide on a few occasions, however the gentlemen at the oil change place are horribly unprofessional and rude.
