The two negative review writers must have some screws loose!! I shop there regularly and enjoy all the associates in clothing and sporting goods. They are polite and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make my experience and my day better. I will not let a few naysayers deter me from shopping at a great local store!!

Best customer service in town!!! The workers are friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do! If they are out of something they do everything they can to help you track it down. Hands down my favorite store!

I love this store!!! All the employees make me feel so welcomed and always go out of their way to help me and go the extra mile! They always have a smile on their faces, the selection they have is amazing to always fit my needs. I want to personally give all these employees my thanks for making this store such a great store and for me always leaving your store with a smile, Thank You

Rude associates. They are not helpful. The talk down to you like you are a four year old. They ask if they can help then walk away before you can ask your questions. If you need something from the back they throw a fit like a toddler. I will no longer shop at the north fourty outfitters in Ponderay.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. My husband, young son, and I received the worst service I have ever had. My son and I approched a female employee in shoes who was very helpful. My family had to nearly force a male employee near firearms to direct us to holsters and slings. He literally pointed and said, "A few isles over." Not, "Let me help you," or "Can I help you find it?" Before we went to find it we spent over 10 minutes at the gun counter looking at what they had. Two emploees behind the counter, and three more walked by, not one asked either of us if we needed help or would like to see anything. We then asked an employee behind the counter if he had an item we were looking for. He didn't even look at us, let alone at his product, when he said no. If we had been dirty or crude and mean, perhapse their behavior could have been understood. But we are not. We are both hardworking people who are well known and respected in our community. I have worked over 13 years in customer srevice and sales. I can't imagine treating ANYONE the way we were treated today!!

GREAT STORE!!!!!! Great selection and the people there are the most helpful you will find anywhere! It is the only store I shop at anymore if I can help it!
