Waited 1hour to get my mom's toes done and then there was 10 people waiting to get their stuff done. Some employees was sitting around on their phones.

They really nice people I will come back again

In the time I was there this business lost three customers because not one, but FOUR employees were sitting around watching the soccer game. They proceeded to yell and shout at the television while customer walked out which one man replied with an unsympathetic "sorry." As I walked out due to waiting 45 minutes for a quick eyebrow wax, one of the employees proceeded to head outside also to take a smoke breaking smirking at me as I left their business. I will NEVER return here again.
