I have had so many issues with this police department over the years. All the way from falsifying police reports to writing absurd citations. They take care of their own and screw everyone else. One incident a business owner ran over my car and the officer involved had to rewrite the report three times because he continuously falsified it. They pull people over all the time under the false pretense you have a tag light out in hopes of getting lucky with finding something else. It all boils down to boredom you have a seven mile town with two roads in and out. Ponce needing a police force is a very funny joke. To everyone living in or traveling to Ponce Inlet, this is my recommendation do not be intimidated or bullied by these bored cops. You have rights!!!!!
