I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. The picture of the basket I ordered included ten items. What they sent had five items. I called the company's Customer Service number and spoke to a woman named Evelyn, who told me my order was correct. (God has blessed me with good eyesight and the ability to count up to ten. I can tell the difference between five and ten.) I then spoke to a man named Richard, who told me that sometimes the picture of the items on their website and the items themselves don't match. For instance, he said, sometimes they'll include a picture of a bottle of wine. That's when I knew FOR SURE that this was a total scam! Upon seeing the other reviews of this company, I immediately felt better knowing that my experience was not an isolated one. I would avoid this company like the plague!!!

Most awful experience ever. DO NOT USE, they never sent my gift basket....i asked to be refunded and received no response. when I reported them to the BBB the gift basket suddenly showed up the next day- 14 DAYS LATER. the recipient of the gift was no longer staying at this residence. Zero stars.

Company cancelled my order without telling me. Left me high and dry the day I needed my baskets. Called and spoke with the gentleman who eventually told me he was the owner"Richard" who told me they sent me an e mail but couldn't provide me with any proof they did send me an e mail, and then proceeded to tell me to stop bothering them and hung up on me

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Tried to place an order several times for 20 gift baskets for my customers. Was told that a manager named Evelyn would call me back, and this never happened. Called back two days later and was told the same thing. This was the last week of November. Received no followup for the next two weeks. Called again the 3rd week of December. The mysterious Evelyn was always in her car, out to lunch, in the warehouse, on another call. I really felt that these people did not want my business. Finally someone called me back and I stupidly completed the order. Next time I will call Harry and Davids. May cost a little more, but who needs this headache during the holidays. Also, they never sent me a confirmation number, receipt, or ANYTHING. NEVER AGAIN!!
