My cousin had her yard done by Sunrise and she suggested we get a price to do our front yard. I called Alvaro and he came over and quoted a very reasonable number to do the front patio and entire front yard. As we were leaving town for the summer, I reluctantly pulled the trigger as I was concerned about not being here while the work was being done. Alvaro started soon after we left to go back to Philadelphia and kept me in the loop with calls and pictures as the job progressed. Once he got into the job he did make a couple of recommendations to expand the scope of work, and he was right on with his vision. His recommendations for tile and plantings were exceptional and the final product looks incredible. It is amazing how well the job went, particularly with me not being here! Our next door neighbor was so impressed she soon thereafter hired Sunrise to do her front yard...our houses are the talk of the neighborhood. It is very refreshing to come across a contractor, especially here in S. Florida, who is so exceptional.

Best one out there. Alvaro is detail-oriented, professional, and courteous. He grinded a stump and put a magnolia in the ground for us. The lawn was immaculate when finished and the tree was oriented perfectly. Generally, there's a big mess with a lot of dirt lying around when this type of work is done. Everything was left perfectly cleaned. I recommend this gentleman very highly.
